hmm my main computer, I prefer windows 10 as well, but I have a secondary Macbook 2017 that I do editing and audio work on.
Linux for work. Windows for play. For a good long while I was using Archbang
Windows. Lots of engineering software (Solidworks) is only available on Windows.
Chrome OS. I have a gaming PC as well but I use my Chromebook more for work and school. It works out really well because the battery life is super long, and the screen is actually a tablet as well. I also like how simple the OS is. It's pretty similar to Windows 10 in UI, but so much less to mess with. Which is good when you want a simple laptop that just does basics.
